VH1 reality series “Flavor of Love 2” drew the biggest season premiere audience ever for the music channel. According to Nielsen Media Research, 3.3 million viewers tuned in to watch the 90-minute episode. The episode beat every other show on cable in the 10 p.m. timeslot, including a new episode of HBO’s “Entourage” (2.4 million overall). Last year’s season finale of “Flavor of Love” drew 6 million viewers last March, making it the top-rated telecast in VH1 history.
My favorite “Girlfriends” star, Jill Marie Jones makes her feature film debut in the offbeat comedy feature, “Redrum.” There is not a release date yet, but I am glad to see that she has something else lined up since she won't on "Girlfriends" in the Fall.
